What a wonderful summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

This is the first summer in 12 years that we haven't exercised extended visitation......and apparently it is the first of many more!

SS is now in football, can't miss weight lifting to come here. Whatever- have at it buddy boy. But he's also decided that since June 1st to only spend on weekend with us- and a dinner for father's day. DH is ticked, but what can anyone say about it. I mean really isn't every house in today's society dictated by what a kid wants? I'm enjoying a stress free (ok SK stress free summer). I'm also making progress on the whole, not my child not my worry.

so here's to a sk stress free summer AND a promotion at work.

DH goes to every game that he can make. Practices are usuaLly right after school- so on his weeknight he will try to catch practice. Skids actually live about 40 min from us.

BM wasn't too keen on DH involvement- she has had to reap what she sowed.

When SS is here he is totally detached from this family we are an inconvenience. Does not talk and all questions have one word answers. I am just tired of walking on egg shells eowe for fear of saying something wrong of having my life dissected glad for that break.
