SS11's trifling BM just called my H to INFORM him that she would not be getting SS this summer. No explanation. She simply stated that she has too much going on to take him. I'm assuming she'll figure out how to take care of the 3-year-old little girl she has by her husband though! Wtf...?

While I was not looking forward to de- and re-programming him when he got back, I WAS looking forward to and in dire need of a break. Now I will have SS11 AND SS7 the entire summer, so it seems...

I told H that this is even MORE proof that SS11's BM needs to pay child support. She is now completely hands off and has only seen him for six days (Spring break) since December, and we had to twist her arm to do that! He says, "Well, I'm not sure she's working so I'll go after her for CH when she is..." Um, do you think she would give a DAMN about whether or not H was working if she had SS11 full-time? NO! She'd take him to court and he's have to figure it out.

Two and a half years ago, H's brother was dying of cancer and he couldn't get SS very much that summer. BM was a complete ass about it, took him back to increase child support, AND claimed SS for taxes the following year although it was not her year to do so, citing the fact that H didn't get him all summer like he was supposed to...

Now she gets to just opt out of taking care of her child and it's not supposed to be a big deal. I don't understand why he lets her off so easy on everything.
