less than 2 weeks!
hahah...not that her 18th birthday will make any difference...but hey...at least I can boot her ass out and not feel bad about it after that.
SD will be 18 on the 21st.
I have been holding up my ignoring 
Yay me! It has been wonderful for my sanity. She of course still is up to her old tricks and manipulations but I just don't let it bother me. I keep thinking, I only have a few more months of this crap and I am done.
I have been occupying my time with things I want and like and just ignoring her little antics. She has been working more so that works for me because then I don't even have to see her or deal with her.
It is going to be a good year!

What is it with sd that are 18, well will be next month, last one in the house, and the most MISERABLE of all! 2 months till graduation time, she played basketball, won't ride the bus with the girls, but wanted dh to take her home to her car every time, now that the sport is over, she is doing softball, told my bd late 20's that she didn't know what to do. bio Mom, sorry, not got abbrev. right, lol has long been in Canada for 11 years, oh but on Facebook, woohoo! So like she never left? Striving for attention or breakup?
This morning I asked about senior pics, this sat. I have asked all year, and basketball was always in the way, even on weekends. She says to me, does dh know your talking to me? OMG, she now towers over me, and i thought, ok, then, forget it! Last time! I guess I should have make my own topic, it will come, but what is it with them? No respect for the stepmom at all! none, zilch, I just didn't come into her life yesterday, like i said 11 years ago, and it's not been a fun ride!

Mine graduated from HS last
Mine graduated from HS last year at 17. He turned 18 at the end of the summer while on his last CO'd SpermClan visitation.
He brought him home right after his birthday as our last effort to save him from the shallow and polluted end of his gene pool and have ridden his ass for 6mos to pick a service and get enlisted.
He has signed his contract with the USAF, has his 30day pre basic training meeting with his recruiter this coming Friday and reports to basic training on April 12th.
My bride and I are about to be DINK empty nesters. A new experience for both of us.
Congrats on getting SD to 18. I hope she launches soon so you and your SO can get on with your life together.

Thank you! It has been a long hard road I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Two months till graduation here. It is going to be such a relief.
