WOW bm WOW. your life is a trainwreck!

Soooo bm is 5ish months preggo with her bf of about 6 months. (so they were only together a month before her getting preggo!) she kinda hinted around to dh today that they are probably breaking up and that she will be a single mom... WOW. So since her and dh broke up, Sd has been in 3 schools and she is only in 1st grade. and she JUST recently switched to a diff. school because bm and her bf moved into a new place and she couldnt get her to the other school anymore cuz she doesnt have a car. She has lived in probably about 7 or 8 places in the past 2 years. Before this bf, she was with a different one for almost a year, of course, all the while exposing sd to the men and her relationships. No job, no car... Just seriously f'ed up since her and dh split up, dh was the only stable thing in her life obviously because after they broke up, she has been screwing up since. wonder how long she will keep screwing up before she screws up enough to loose sd?

Dh needs to go for custody now and get his kid out of the whore BM's clutches.

My wife made damned sure to keep her son (my SS) away from his whoring BioDad's clutches. He went on to have three more out-of-wedlock spawn by two more baby mamas. My SS did not need to be expose to that crap any more than necessary and neither does your Skid.

IMHO of course.

YEAHHH its just being able to convince the judge she is a screw up. Its very obvious in our eyes as we see it and hear it, thats why at times, I so wish a judge could see things we see first hand, so they would have no qualms about giving custody to the better parent (not just in our case, but in any custody battle) plus, we live about 120 miles away, where its only my family here, none of dh's or bm's, and sd is not in 'immediate danger' as bm is not a drug addict or alcoholic, so I dont think a judge would be so quick to move her away from her community if bm were to try to fight it (which I know she would; she gets SSDI, food stamps, and CS all from sd.) not like she has any $ to hire a lawyer, but still. I wish we could though.

BM removes SD from the community every time she moves. That is a huge indicator of how unstable BM is as a parent. Combined with a list of names of her many BFs over the past couple of years and you have a very strong case of instability, BM being morally unfit (serial BFs and OOWL child), three or four different schools in less than 2yrs for SD and you have BM by the short and curlies in court.

Nail her ass to the wall.

IMHO of course.
