Today is DH's birthday and he is supposed to get SD at 10AM until 8. BM found a way to hurt DH and she went for it.

DH took today off, as he always does so he can have SD all day. H e was at the pick up at 10AM and BM sends him a text telling him he can have SD at 6PM. She did this because DH and BM got into an argument on Tuesdays drop off over which school SD will be attending (BD5 will be going to Kindergarten this year and since BM moved 5 minutes away from us, DH wants her in the same school as BD and plus it's a great school, but BM is trying to get her in a diff. school thats 30 minutes away from BM and DH..Shes doing it to be a bitch and so BD can't see SD.) Anyway...

DH was livid. BM accused DH of being "threatening and demanding" on Tuesdays drop off. He only called BM out on her lies and BullS*** about where she is sending SD to school. She didn't like that. DH also told BM "I hope you're ready to justify all your actions over the years to the Judge" After going back and forth(BM playing the victim), BM texts DH about 2 hours later saying "Would you like to pick up SD this afternoon?" DH ignores it. Then about a half hour later BM sends another text "[SD] would like you to meet us at the church in [blah blah]" DH declined. He told her he went along with his plans that were already made and he can get SD at 6PM this evening, like BM originally said. He told BM to explain to SD why he couldn't just pick SD up at 10AM like planned.

This was the first time DH has ever said no to BM about something like this. I don't think she is handling it well. I'm sure BM is telling SD all sorts of horrible things about why DH didn't jump when BM changed her mind.

Ugh..I can't wait until DH goes before their Judge. It will be very interesting. I also think BM realised that DH wasn't bluffing about going before a Judge. That is the Only reason she said DH could get SD this afternoon.She realised she really screwed up this time. She already has two other criminal court cases going on(She may end up in jail over at least one of those)
