Hello ladies, it has been a while since the last time i blogged. So I finally filed for divorce Dec 30 a week before that H kept emailing me he didn't really say nothing, he just blamed me for everything that went wrong in our marriage. He got served Jan 5 after that he stopped and I didn't have any contact with him at all, until our first audience, it went pretty normal i think until the facilitator asked about the CS H jumped off his chair and started crying about the amount he has to pay and started crying about how he was supposed to be let go from his job and that he was getting kicked out from the place he is living in, and he expressed he was leaving the state in two weeks, we were required to do the parenting plan togheter, after i asked him several times to get togheter and do it, he decided he wants joint custody!! after he ignored my baby for a month in front of his kids, after he abandoned him, after he forgot about him for almost three months and only wanted to see him because "he was going to pay for him", after he had to be forced and his checks garnished to support him, after the only time that he babysat my child for more thatn an hour i found him super upset and frustrated because my child was cranky, after he didn't care that I culd've gotten deported.....Now he wants joint custody???? He was supposed to get back togheter with BM and now probably she didn't want him back that's probably why he is staying...to be honest I think that he probably thinks if we have shared custody he is not going to have to pay any CS, I wouldn't have aaaany problem with him asking that, but after I've seen that he doesn't have a real interest in my child, it is all about the money....this is very depressing..I'll be meeting a lawyer tomorrow...lets see how that goes....
