Toilet Issues
This is so freakin' hilarious! A change from my normal rants about my skids. Almost a week ago the youngest SS living with us come down stairs crying because he clogged the toilet. No problem, stuff like that happens. We went to the local hardware store bought some drano and a auger. None of it worked! My hubby has been working on the toilet for the past couple of days hoping whatever is clogged will come free. Tonight we just mention to the boys that we are going tomorrow to buy a wax seal so we can pull the toilet off and fix the clog for good. The youngest SS says that the clog might be something that fell out of his pocket. Hubby says things don't fall out your pocket into the toilet while your "sitting", that it must be handled so that what it was falls into the toilet! SS starts to cry (mind you we have never spanked any of the kids) blubbering that his Dad my hubby is going to kill him (Also, SS is 12!) He admits to throwing food down the toilet and flushing it. In the particular incident was cantaloupe, he chewed it then flushed it. The SS is bawling now funny thing was my hubby asked him if he flushed anything a week ago that he shouldn't have and of course SS lied and said no. My hubby was fuming at SS. I got to sit back and laugh to myself, finally hubby had to deal with same crap I do (literally)! So hubby and SS go to work on toilet. Guess what? The part he flushed was the green rind, he thought he was suppose to eat it (Apparently not the smartest 12 in America). Funnier he had actually eaten half of the rind before flushing the other half!!! I wish I could make this all up but it TRUE. Just to let you all know during the time when the toilet was clogged my hubby was blaming me saying I flushed a tampon or something of the sort to clog it. The truth is much better, now I get to sit back and laugh at them both!!!
