in reference to why the court case was continued yet again, and discuss new evidence. Last week BM had her child support enforcement worker friend (she is not even the case manager anymore as of November 2008) send DH a letter stating he was not in compliance with the medical order and would be filing him in contempt of court on 30 July.

So DH sends her a scanned copy of the court order from 2004 and 2008 which states Mother must maintain her coverage for child and Father is responsible for 50% of all uncovered medical expenses. At that time she is to provide him a receipt and he has 60 days to reimburse her for the charges.

So of course - we have not gotten one response back from the child support enforcement worker - we also put in the email that she was BM's friend. Guess she figured out we are up on her game.

Well, he has not received a receipt and is not informed of appointments either. Matter a fact - she sent an email stating he has no use there at the appointments becuase he is embarassaing - - - which he still has of course and it is in the court file.

So hopefully, at 430 (EST) today we will get some type of resolution on what is going on - and put together a game plan for the new court date - 9 September. We are still trying to get an earlier date during the summer if at all possible.

I just hope the lawyer calls and does not blow this off.
