Off topic: But Great News!!
I just wanted to share the good news.... After only 3 days of searching, I was able to locate my BF's Biological dad and grandfather. BF searched about 3 yrs ago prior to us meeting with no luck. I mentioned to him if he was serious about finding him that I would try to locate him.
His mother told him that his bio-father left him and his mother behind shortly after birth and has had no contact with him since. Well after speaking with the grandfather and father, they mentioned that they were apart of his life till age 3 until his mother put a stop to it. They both made attempts to contact him as he became older and she wouldn't have it. He also found out that he has 3 other sibblings and BF's son is the first grandson and great grandson. So besides of being upset with his mother he is very excited and we are going to met both of them for the first time this weekend.
So I will keep you posted, I just wanted to share the great news.

Amazing!!
Thanks for sharing, that is great news!
My dad and his highschool sweetheart had a baby when they were very young and the baby was given up for adoption... my dad always felt the pain and the hole in his heart of missing out on raising his boy. As soon as my brother turned 18 my dad began a search and located him!
He flew in from Colorado and the minute he stepped of the plane we knew it was him... looks EXACTLY like my dad!
He is amazing.... raised in a totally different situation, Mormon family, split home, everything was OPPOSITE from our upbringing.... and he is truly one of us! His personality matches ours to a 'T'.
It has been a wonderful experience and my dad has healed and now I have another brother in my life.
I hope your DH's experience is just as blessed.
