DH has FINALLY started organising the trip, which includes the sd event. He's been dragging his feet over it since like Jan !! I did write a blog about it but then lost it, so not going to rewrite it all again !!

I did not help, well, I sat sipping Coffee, reading, wearing my PF, while DH got frustrated organising the dates, travel and trying to find a Hotel, near sd23 event. Now, it's a small country town, with hardly any accomodation around it ( not surprised really, there is NOTHING there !!) and I knew that about a month ago, that there was hardly any vacancies available. Anyway, after a lot of work on DH's part ( getting pi**y with the internet, lol !) he finds a lovely Hotel miles away fom the event, and books it. So we are not even staying that close by, very happy about that !! What was even better, was that not ONCE did DH mention us dragging younger skid20 around with us or paying for skid accomodation !! I guess this ADULT skid can make arrangements with that side of the family to go, but I'm guessing that if skid has to even make an effort or EVEN PAY for it they will not want to go. }:)
