Anyone have experience with California Child Support Enforcement

BM has been threating to take turn in her golden ticket to Child Support Services. She has always been paid something every month. Sometimes not on time or not the full amount. Does she have enough of a case to sick the government dogs on my husband?? I think they only go after dead beat dads who don't pay anything EVER!!! HELP!!!!

CA froze my brothers bank accounts 2 weeks after a payment for being arrears in the amount of $175. He has my newphew 5 days a week. Froze the account for 3 months in a row. Bank fee was $165 each time. They suck
My ex is $7200 in arrears and they do nothing. They suck
Want to know the difference? Food stamps, cash aid and medical. My brothers ex gets aid I do not. So the money owed by my brother was the states money, money owe to me is mine.

She has been receiving child support since their divorce in 2002. $1500 a month!!! We've only been married 3 years and we have always paid it in full or at minimum $1000. She didn't whine when the kids were spending 80% of the time with us but living arrangements have been temporarily changed. So now they are with her all the time except two nights a week. So now she's threatening. He picks them up everyday for a school and takes them to practices and what not.
