Sd13 will be seeing yet another new therapist today. She is pissed. She saw him one time when she was in the psych ward, during our family counseling session her bm and stepdad couldn't be bothered to attend. She said he "pushes buttons". I liked him. He called her on her crap, and didn't let her get off topic (her favorite I don't want to talk tactic is to jump around topics like she has add. I have add and can't stay up with her).

So I have a feeling she is going to do everything she can to sabotage this excellent opportunity to get some help. She made wild claims over Christmas, and at the end she threw at dh that she has been asking for help and he won't get her any. Omg, a psychiatrist, a therapist, two counselors, and she doesn't have any help. Ok, fine. So we are keeping the psychiatrist, using new therapist, and keeping one counselor. Tough titty. She isn't talking to anyone about anything. She pitched a fit about getting rid of both counselors, and since he is also a pastor, I'm ok as long as he stays on board with a treatment plan.

I've listened to some of the conversations, and I'm not happy with this counselor though. He only tells her things like, "though you know it's wrong, because you have unresolved pain, god will forgive you". He doesn't challenge her at all.i think this is determinate.

I e been sick, to top everything off, so I'm not pleasant lately. I had food poisoning dec 2, and I am still not well. I've been back to the doctor, but nothing is working. I'm going back today. Hopefully something will give with this kid.
