Thanks to everyone who weighed in on my previous blog.

Dh has decided just to let it all play out. He is not sending SS to his moms this weekend. End of story. Period.

We figure waste case scenario will go something like this ...

Bm will show up a scook at 3. No one will be there as school lets out at noon tomorrow ( she know this already if she used her court orders phone calls to ask SS about HIS life rather than using her calls to unload on her son about all that is wrong in her life).

She can call SS and dh (though dh has a RO against her). No one will answer. She may them call or visit the police. By this time it may be about 3:30- 4 on Halloween. She will tell the police that .... Her son was not at school, dh is keeping him, not really sure here but she will say something.

The police may call dh and ask what's uo. He will tell them that school was out at noon and that SS is with him now and that Bm is welcome to pick SS up at a later time.

Bm will probably not make an additional trio during the weekend. If she does, she'll argue that dh shoukd meet her half way.

I can't imagine she'd file anything with the court. That would require effort on her part.

We shall see...
