Broken Nintendo DS
I love my DH! He's such a good dad.
My SS5 had a Nintendo DS that he loved to play (it was an old one that was my husbands). He would play rough with it, and we were regularly telling him to be careful, but he would forget sometimes as 5 year olds do.
Tonight, he broke it clean in two. What did DH do? Explained to SS5 that "You broke it, so you don't have it anymore" put him in time out, and then made SS5 put it in the trash. There is no chance we're going to be buying him another one any time soon. SS is devastated.
I love that DH isn't going to run to the store to accommodate his son!

My in laws have bought my skidmark 3 nintendo DS's. He breaks them all the time. This last visit for spring break my MIL gave in to him yet again even though he is failing the 3rd grade & traded him her DSi XL for his DSi. DUMB!!! I will never get my in laws, they spoil the crap out of him and he is so disrespectful of everyone here, my in laws included!

nope! DH & the dumb BM (along with my MIL) dont see a problem with SS9 playing grand theft auto (training for a future career??)or other adult games. He's already failing the 3rd grade, no on seems to care to fix that little problem.
