Yet again BM called the cops when we went to meet her and pick the kids up on New years eve day. She called the cops to inspect our carseats (the ones we've had for 6 months) because she doesn't think their "proper" and wanted to have our vehicle insepected and oh yea...because shes a psycho! This is the 6th time in one year that shes called the police on us for BS reasons. Im worried that SD5 and SS4 are learning that its okay to call and waste the police officers' time for any old reason.

legal guardianship

When I marry my fiance in September, do I automatically become a legal guardian to his children? He has joint custody with the ex and she says I don't and never will have any legal rights when it comes to the kids. Im just trying to arm myself with correct information. Thanks to anyone who can answer Smile

WEDDING

Problem: Our wedding is 9-10-11 and its too early for me to exactly tell how custody is going to work out. Im worried that our wedding will fall on BMs weekend. There is NO way she will switch with us especially is she finds out its for our wedding.

Question: Does anyone know if there is a way to get a court order for temporary custody for something like a wedding?

Crazy ex wife

How do I deal with my fiance's ex wife trying to get him arrested for anything and everything every single time we pick up or drop off the kids?! She does this in front of his two kids 4 and 5 and shes constantly cursing and yelling at him. I am new at this and need some advice....please!
