CO and CS
Does anyone know what the Canadian laws are in regards to when the court order isn't a factor anymore and what the age the child should be for the BM to stop accepting CS? The CO was arrange when my SD was born and my DH was a different man. We are now married and we make good money and provide a better home then BM. IF she wasn't so evil we would take her back to court for all the crap she has put us and SD through over the years

What does the CO say? It is probably like the US and depends on where you are. Each province and territory probably has their own CS Enforcement and guidelines. You can google it for your area, I don't know anything about Canada CS.

Thank you so much that is helpful. My dh hasn't desputed the CS because he has a good income and it's changed since his Dtr was born. I just wanted to know how much longer we have to wait. I love her to pieces, but I can't stand BM so I look forward to the day that we don't have the CO binding us or CS. I have less then 10 years to go with child support.
