well hello to all and a big thank you to all who have stuck out my complaints and issues...

well we looked into a restraint order and found it does not suit our needs so we are going to have to file to court to have our consent minutes of order ajusted to deal with the issues of bm so this might become a long drawn out process that could get very nasty.

so at this point we are going ahead with the contravention of current orders as that should be finalised within a few weeks and then we are going to file for new orders and that should take a few months. so there goes the rest of our year and the beginning of the next... we have sadly decided not to ask for more time with sd at present but are mainly focused on the other issues at hand, like sd legal name. we've decided to prioritse our issues and sort them out that way, we know if we ask for more time with sd currently bm will drag out the proceedings just to stop it from happening and so we are going to focus on the other issues for now and look at getting more time later when sd asks for it as apposed to us just wanting it.

hoping that all this will cover our issue currently presented with bm and that once they are dealt with we can then focus on enjoying our time with sd and building our relationships without the drama of bm. i know these issues will never go away and bm will always be a problem but i'm hoping we can get everything we need covered in the orders so if she does cause drama we can call her on it and hopefully that will be enough to get her to be nice and hopefully in the future we can get more time with sd but for now we need to sort bm out.

we haven't even fully got into the issues yet or all the court stuff and i'm feeling brain drain and flat just remembering past efforts, we have some great family support and we have some family we could happily live without for ever exspecially when it comes to sd stuff but hopefully we can get this round of court drama dealt with quickly and quietly.
