I'm really starting to hate Sunday nights when the SS11 comes home. BM started stuff again. She wants SS11 the whole time he's on xmas break. This pissed of my H. I was stupid and opened my mouth about it. If you remember I swore to disengage. I asked what SS11 wanted. That started WWIII! I was only trying to help.
Now xmas has been turned upside down and our plans have to be completly changed! Also I thought H and I were going out New Years Eve but now all the kids are going to be here!

Update on Christmas present issues. So the BM and her BF are getting the three SD 18,15 and 13 netbooks for Christmas. They said that they were going to get the SS11 a XBox but now they have said that they ran out of money and they won't be able to get him very much at all! And I felt like crap for spending less on them myself! His own mother isn't even being fair.

Ok I've got another one......Is it ok to spend less on your skids compared to your own kids? My husband isn't working but he does get unemployment. We've been keeping our money separate. I have saved up for Christmas presents. He has not. I don't feel like I should spend the same amount of money on his kids as I do on my own just because he didn't save up. He had money saved which he blew throughout the year. Also when do I give my kids their presents? I don't want it to seem unfair.

Hello everyone! I am new here. I've seen several stepmoms talk about the relationship between their husbands and their teenage step daughters. I have 3 step daughters 18,15 and 13, a 11 year old step son and 2 boys of my own. They are 15 and 7. I thought maybe it was just me being jealous of them. They are constantly hanging on him and sitting on his lap. Even his son does this. I don't even want to be around while this goes on. If I snuggle up to my husband his kids find a need to do the same. It makes me very uncomfortable.
