So Bm and her lawyer asked for Attorney fees and cost to be paid by my DH at our Final hearing months ago Dh told judge he did not agree his reasons and then Judge stated Bm's lawyer is to submit a list of his fees and then Judge told DH that he did not need to respond to lawyers submission and that for the record he was made to repeat his position. Fast forward a few months Dh gets an order stating he is to pay 60% of BM's fees because he did not respond.

So Bm's lawyer just sent investigator pretty much saying thank you for your opinion but im going to ask that DH has way less time than he already has and go against your suggestions. So she has realized her child support wouldn't increase as dramatically as she thought and the only was for it to happen is to take days away from Dh and make sure its well under 92 days in the yr. I hope this greedy scum bag doesnt het her way but at the same time I do i know this would be DH's breaking point and would open a gap to moving back to my home town. cant wait to put this mess behind us.

So the child investigator report is out and guess what she ate up Bm's poor me act. All this time and money for what well i guess piece of mind thats all i can think to justify it now she cant control Dh time as she did before. Well all I can say is Poor kids and i hope if anything this was an eye opener for Bm, dont think it is if anything it is ego boost the be a bigger B*&^h. Im sure judge will just agree with report as she did with the mid report. Well time to move on and plan my next vacation Skid free.

how many of you are required to provide a copy of your drivers license and proof of insurance to your Dh Ex to drive skids around? this judge has now ordered for me to do so I refuse that is information you dont freely hand out.
My Dh license is expired and he is working on getting that resolved am i wrong to not want to provide that information to the BM.
