DH went to his attorney's office and told him that he wasn't to talk to me about the case anymore.. He never called me back about anything anyways. And I think I can file harassment now. I told DH that he didn't have to sit here and watch what happens during the visits, I had it I'm not doing them anymore! DH will be in contempt.. oh well says he.

This all stems from my sister's case. Her attorney dropped her because my mom will be testifying for her EXH and it's a conflict of interest bc my mom used that same attorney for like 6 months. DH got freaked and didn't want his atty to drop him because I will be testifying for my sister and her family. DH's atty explained to him that he wouldn't drop him and blah blah blah.

I had a very short convo with DH last night before bed.

DH got up and took the alcohol bottles to his truck to drop them off at his attorney's office today. I guess I will have to get my own attorney now because I could also be held in contempt. and I do want to file harassment. I have wanted to do that for at least 2 years now but couldn't bc I was supervising these "visits"

A huge weight has been lifted, but at the same time... what do I do now?
What if he or I am found in contempt and the judge just gives her visits back, unsupervised. I'm worried about that the most.
