SS17 earning himself a ticket back to BM

Walked him on shaking the shit out of the swing twin9mos was in. DH and I were leaving the big kids and the twins at MIL cause DH had to work at the rodeo tonight. We do this all the time and usually its fine. The babies have been a little fussy, but they're teething. I had walked back in to get something and saw SS17 shaking the swing, hard, out of frustration. Oh heeeeellllll naw. SS17 isn't even DHs kid, bu he's got a bond with him and he helps a lot around the farm. But he lies, steals and now this. I've been ready for him to go for awhile now, but he won't graduate until next year IF he can get caught up (he had to repeat 9th grade cause BM was slow getting us his paperwork to enroll him here) I don't know if I can wait that long. DH has a procedure tomorrow for his liver cancer. So I have to deal with this without him for the next couple days. I don't need this.

Only two choices...1. send him to BM immediately 2. Call the cops. Ooops, nope, sorry, BOTH...yes, because you need to make sure that his shaking the babies did nothing to them...the last thing you want is for something to come up later and not have proof the ahole did it. I would have kicked his A$$

SD did something similar once. My baby was in his swing, it was on, he wasn't fussing or anything, SD just got up in front of me and my friend, calmly walked over to the swing and pushed the chair as hard as she could, it was so violent I heard the motor in the swing grind, the feet on the one side lifted up, I grabbed it to keep it from tipping. SD ever so calmly walked away and planted her ass in the chair as my friend and I stared in horror/shock at her. Needless to say when SO heard about it she did not come back to my house for a very long time.

This is ridiculous though, your SS is almost legally an adult and he does that? I'd send him back to moms too and honestly think about calling the police as well.
