So we subpoenaed all my sk's medical records

After receiving them it is interesting that when the bm is asked what is going on she said nothing and even to the court said that SD11 is having medical issues that are confidential. When we received the notes today it says she has constipation. WOW how is that confidential.

Then my SS8 was diagnosed with a high allergy to eggs. Nothing has ever been said to us. As well as SD11 has sores around her mouth that they are due to hot long showers and no lotion. Medication SD11 brought was for infection. But notes from doctor do not state any infection.

OK so why does it seem so odd that even small doctor visits are not discussed with their father?

Other issue is all records have no contact to be given to BF, and SF has all access. We are trying to get that changed however not sure why it is such a big deal for BM to tell us ss8 has a speech delay and to work with SD11 with her reading issues school is seeing.

OK so other than wanting complete control. Why do they feel this is ok to completely keep father out of the loop.

Children don't say anything either. In fact cool important things the kids would be soo excited at sharing such as their BM is pregnant and having a girl. SD11 has asked and asked us when we are having another one as she is excited to have a sister again. But not mentioning anything about her mom. Mom states on FB she is 7 months along. So they kids have to know by now. Yet nothing.
