SS10 is attached to my DH's ass
My SS10 is literally attached to my husband. And he for the most part isn't bothered by the fact that his son just stands behind him. It annoys the hell out of me ESP when DH tries to talk to me and then all of the sudden SS10 has 10 million things to say! Or that DH will want to discuss something that I feel is NONE of skids business. SS13 is not like and never really has been. He is even annoyed with SS10! Literally Monday couldn't have come fast enough for them to go home. SS10 stood behind DH while he did dishes the other night just standing there. He constantly just wonders around our house and has to be told to do something. He has his OWN room and then our basement is a play space for both skids. Yet he feels the need to park himself in my living room and will literally sit there with no TV on, just sit there. Its creepy and I've said stuff to my DH many times over the years. I've heard it all that he needs attention, that he is lacking something. We have all sat down with him (DH & Me as well as his BM and SF) to ask him what he needs, what makes him comfortable, etc. Not to mention when he is around he doesn't listen at all, not to DH or me. And that irks me so much. My DS will start to act out or like him which is the WORST to me!!! And he will get my DS all worked up and acting out!! I just needed to vent...I cant wait till these kids don't want to come here anymore!!!

My SS12 is very clingy with DH as well. He's otherw a cute kid and doesn't get to see his dad much so I've learned to ignore it. Plus it's getting better as he gets older. Maybe your DH could spend some one on one time with him?

SS9 is also like this. When he was small, I thought he would grow out of it. I'm not so sure now. It gets really annoying. I tell SS to get lost. We have them every weekend. SS doesn't need to be up SO's ass all the time.
