It was a very easy day compared to what I had planned it would be in my head. I'm not doing it again for a while just because it was so much planning, prep, stress and work but maybe it can be a once a year thing... the turkey turned out great and not to pat myself on the back but all 3 times I've cooked a turkey I get compliments...so maybe labor day is MY holiday now. I guess I can deal with the stress of everything once a year, right!?!?!! LOL
