Being a step parent is like a firing range, the step parent is the target while the step child is the gun. 18 year old wants to move out, graduation a week away, and she wants to move in with BM. Great!!! }:)

Oh how I pray every single day that Sd16 will move out on her 18th birthday!!! That is like the gift that keeps on giving!

Tell her buh bye!! See ya later sucker! LOL Yeah you! My SD18 moved out a week after she turned 18, and told DH I DO NOT WANT HER BACK --- EVER! She moved in with a friend and her friend's mom. The mom told my SD18 that she could just go on welfare/foodstamps, and that could be her rent! Great. Just what we wanted for her -- to move out and go on welfare. But, she is gone, and good riddance!!
It was funny because she told us one evening, and by the next evening --she was GONE!
Happy dance!!
