We have never received any CS from BM. BM clearly knew she owed CS and that she was in arrears with it when she was guiltily SD on FB. BM had said the money was being taken from her check automatically. I'm wondering, if that's true, does CS hold on to the money and then send a check for several months? Is there something we have to do to receive garnished CS payments? Any advice helps.

I think if BM was going to lie about CS, she would've said she can't afford to pay it or something to that extent. So CS must be taking it out of her check or at least let he know they plan to?
