BM2 "forgot" it was FDHs year to claim SD5. I don't post about her much because on the whole she isn't an issue anymore. she's done some stupid stuff in the past but nothing for the last two year at least.

I don't honestly think she forgot, but what I don't know is if she did it on purpose or her BF did it on purpose, because she doesn't do her own taxes, he does them for her. It doesn't really matter in the long run but it's certainly annoying. FDH is resubmitting his without SD5 so that we still get them on time and is going to file an amended return if BM2 won't give him the difference when she get's hers in. For him he's only losing a deduction, part of his return... for her to claim SD she qualifies for the EIC and will get a couple grand in 'return'

In the interest of not having to do amended returns and file all sorts of crap I hope she will just give him the difference.
