Pondering & Wondering
Since I have worked from the age of 15 on I can't figure something out. What does an unemployed female that has no custody of her children do all day and how does this person feed herself, buy ciggs, hell tampons for that matter?????
I would go freakin insane if I didn't have my job to go to everyday. But seriously BM has never really had a job, not even when she had physical custody of the kids. She lived off child support, SSI on 2 of the kids, and welfare. Now she has no income and I can't image finically taking care of any of my kids when they are over the age of 25, but apparently that is what her mother is doing and this chick is almost 30.
No both myself and DH work full time raising my skids and BM hasn't paid a penny in child support. She was order to start paying in September, granted it's no much at all and we don't need to survive, but each and all bio parents should be finically responsible for their children. So has of today she is now $450 behind in support and that could have paid for their dental bills we just took care of. But apparently BM lives in a world where no rules apply to her and she doesn't have to do anything she doesn't want to do.

I don't get it either. This month marks my 37th year in the workforce. With no end in sight. Well maybe in another nine years or so.
My younger sister is like that. She was the coddled "baby of the family." She used to play exclusively off her looks. Would wrap (several) guys around her finger and have them buying her stuff, paying for her rent, letting her drive their porsche, etc. etc. She eventually settled on one sugar daddy.
She has NEVER had any steady employment past 6 months. She is MASSIVELY afraid of getting older. She never had any children (the one smart thing she did-she is FAR too narcissistic to have children--not that that would stop a BM as you see on this forum)
She now goes on FB as lists herself as "self employed"
She still takes "glamour shots" of herself on FB (insert massive eyeroll)
This is BM1... she is 37 and
This is BM1... she is 37 and hasn't worked since she was in her early 20's. She has 5 kids with 3 baby daddies... she only actually has possession/custody of ONE. She pawned SD16 off on DH and her other 3 girls off on their father. She pays no CS, gets every freebie known to man including SSI which she got denied twice for and then somehow managed to pull off getting 2 years ago. She got retro in the amount of about $15,000.00 which she blew on an expensive car that she put money down on and then did a pay as you go plan for the remainder, which of course she stopped paying for about 8 months later so car got repo'd. She was just evicted from her latest apartment that she only had to pay $100.00 a month for (because of course she gets Section8 ) no clue where she is living now, probably with GBM since she is the Queen Enabler, which of course is why BM1 is the way she is and why SD16 is the way she is.
There is probably a whole boat load of crap that I don't even know about....how can life be enjoyable living like this???

Since my BM lost custody of
Since my BM lost custody of my skids she doesn't get the SSI anymore. I could understand the SSI on my YSS because he is hearing impaired (sadly the money never went to him) but somehow she got SSI on my OSS because he has ADHD..how in the hell did she pull that one off I have no clue. But thanks to me has soon as CPS took the kids I called SS to let them know she no longer had the children and got her free money stopped }:)
