OT- Put in an offer on a house!

This place is PERFECT!!! 5 bedrooms, huge back yard, gorgeous kitchen! OMG! DH and I are in love!! (No pool!!)

We put in the offer last night. We only went 5K below asking and asked them to pay closing. I feel like that was a fair offer but geezzz... they didn't respond last night. I am on pins and needles! So, please send prayers, good vibes, what ever you got my way! I want this house!!!

Ahhh!!! So the only thing

Ahhh!!! So the only thing they came back with was that their movers are coming Nov 25th (We wanted to close the 22nd). They didn't have anything else with the counter so I think we are getting it!!!!! We can hold off a couple of days!!!
