O/T trying to conceive and want to eat healthier I need some ideas

So I want to eat healthier and hopefully conceive. my problem is that im not too sure how to go about working them into my day. I have no problems with fruits or veggies but i mainly snack at work i dont take a lunch. im not over weight i just feel sluggish and blah for lack of a better description. any ideas would be greatly appriciated.. also does anyone have any ideas for getting my DH on the bandwagon as well? he is slightly over weight.

weekend + 3 kids = hair loss

We are now getting SS every weekend which was my idea because it is really hard finding child care for him during the week. I had DD5(she always is at home no visitation with BF) my SS and my aunts DD5. My aunt just left ADD5's father last week and her father was the disiplinarian so ADD is now testing every female she comes into contact with. She opposed me at every turn and caused my DD to get in on the action. by the end of the weekend she had mellowed out but damn she literally had me pulling my hair out.

OMG weekend from HELL!!!

So my weekend was one rotton thing after another with one good highlight. First the power steering pump went out on my truck and the part wasn't in stock so I get to man handle the stupid thing for a few days.. my shoulders are killing me from this..

O/T....but DH and I are going to get an 80 min couples massage and a pedicure then out to dinner at DH's favorite Japanese Steak House. I am super excited and can't wait for 5pm to roll around! Finally some relaxing alone time.. best part DH has no idea what we are doing! He has wanted to get a massage and a pedi for a while he has back and foot problems.. its his Valentine present. Wink

so my sister has this ex boyfriend who happens to be my daughters 3rd cousin on her dads side. yeah that in its self is weird but anyway. He is trying to start shit between my sister and a new transfer student that is 17 in the 9th grade and on probation. the girl approached my sister last week and tried to fight her and my sister just calmly walked to the office and called her mom to come get her because unless she just stood there and let the girl beat the shit out of her it is an automatic 5 day suspension.
