FH/BM text
So, my fh and I are finally living together (week 2) and just around the time that BM found out about it (and started acting crazy again) she and her boyfriend broke up and he moved out.
I get a text from FH around 10:30pm last night (he works second shift)letting me know that BM is texting him for no reason again.
FH: I just made a funny...rofl
ME: Oh no, what did you do?
FH: I was asked so how's "married life"? and I said....wait for it....wait for it.....how's being ALONE??
As much as I want FH to STOP responding to BM's idiotic texts and calls I have to say his approach of being mean to her makes her shut up a lot faster than ignoring her. She didn't text him for the rest of the night.
I know it wasn't right that he did it and I do really wish he could learn to DISENGAGE, BUT I laughed out loud at that one.

Yes, I do wonder. I've asked him and all he say's is that being mean makes her stop. I think it makes things worse and he disagrees. I didn't tell him I thought it was funny...I just said it here so that I don't encourage him. I constantly remind him that little to no contact with her would be best ESPECIALLY when she is sarcastically asking about OUR relationship to start idle chit chat via text. I honestly don't know what else to say to him. He thinks his way is the best way I suppose.
