DH can be trying at times.  His ADHD drives me nuts...as in I was working the other night on something that takes a lot of concentration on my part and he kept coming in to talk to me. 

Halo..where are these papers

Halo...what do you think of these condos (we are trying to buy an investment condo for DD to live while in college)

Halo...what are you doing?  Are you still working...

UGGGHHHHH..I finally snapped and told him to zip it that I was WORKING.

Stardate...11/11.....

Talked with Child Services guy.  He was never able to meet with Beaver and SD and as such will be closing the case.  Well boy howdy glad it wasn't really really serious there.  **rolling my eyes**  That seemed to be a waste of time.  However, I told DH it covers our butts if Beaver ever decideds to file for contempt, but that is about all it did.

Still waiting on that comtempt filing from Beaver...ya I think I will be waiting awhile on that one.

SD the return....

Sd returned to our custody on Friday.  Ah the joy..nothing significant happen except for the oodles of selfies with Beaver on SD's phone.   Shocked...nah..neither were we.  Pictures of them in costco, pictures of them in Beaver's bed, on the couch, in the kitchen...and on and on and on.

SMDH....because oh yea that honeymoon phase has kicked in. DH's comment was ....boy is she desperate to "prove" she and SD are soooo clooooooseeeee.

SD apparently sat down with Beaver and gave her a list of her demands.

1. Stop talking about DH around her.  No trash talk, nothing.  

Beaver said she couldn't agree to this one.  WTF..

2.  SD wants to keep her ipad and use at her moms.

Beaver said she would allow it.

3.  She wants to be here during the day on Beaver's days during remote learning.  Also that she doesn't think its fair that her Dad has to drive back and forth since Beaver is only 5 minutes from her Dads. She would like Beaver to drop off/pick up.

Everyone...look for the 4 horsemen to arrive at anytime..B"ver came to our house

Holy shiznit...Beaver drove the 1 mile from SD's school to our house so that SD could pickup her laptop and air pods.  Looks like the 4 horsemen should be arriving soon. 

Beaver also picked up SD from school.  I guess she realized DH was not playing about GWR driving SD and that he was also not playing around with the FROR.  

Although SD came in and was like "I have a two minute time limit".  I looked at her and said..or what...she will leave???  I told SD take your time and get what you need.

Sorry B*ver the clause applies to you just as much as it does DH

Love it when HCBMs add stupid clauses to their agreements to f*ck with their ex and then get bit in the @ss by them in the long run.

Beaver INSISTED that there be clause in the event of work conflicts the other parent gets first right of refusal.  This was done because Beaver only worked 15-20 hours a week and wanted to BE SURE that Dh didn't put the kids with someone "she didn't know".  That and Beaver "ass"umed that DH would continue in a job like he had while married to her that required him to travel.  He travelled because he didn't want to be at home with her.

Bawwhahahaha...Sure B*ver file comtempt....

Beaver just sent a message to DH wanting to pick up SD today since DH picked SD up at her request since her mom physically assaulted her.  Beaver shouldn't have to miss time with SD and if DH doesn't hand her over she will file contempt.

 

Sure..Beaver go ahead and file contempt and we will be happy to inform the court that we picked up SD at her request because you assaulted her.  That Children Services is now involved and DH was not about to turn SD back over to you after you hit, kicked, pinched and bit her.  No problem....see ya in court.
