Butt workouts....

Any of you ladies have any great Butt workouts that you do?...i just want to tighten my booty a little bit...i mean, I already have a nice butt ...i just want to get beach body ready since me and Whatwasithinkin are planning a get-away soon...i just bought an awesome bikini so I want to look super great in it!....

I have done bbl before!! The guy is kooky and cheesy and i felt like moron doing the workouts but OMG did it work!! Totally changed and lifted my bum! I am so depressed because exh threw it away Sad I have been contemplating buying it again!

Zumba has helped me. I also do what I think is called "The Bridge?" Where you lay on your back and you push up (your torso) and kind of squeeze your butt cheeks. So I would say count to ten, relax, do it again but then hold for 20 seconds. Realx, 20 seconds. That REALLY helps. I had a very cute and perky butt when I was doing only that.
