I've been wondering, to. I don't comment on your posts, but I've fallowed your story from the way back!

How did it go? Does XH have unsupervised visits with your DS?

Hi Ladies,
I posted this yesterday on an older blog: After court his attorney emailed mine again and now says ex would be fine with her drafting some temp agreement for us. We started the paper work for the custody eval so that is all I know for now. I sent my attorney a bunch of financial info today and am waiting to hear back.

Holy crap ladies! First off he was early for the first time in his life and he showed up wearing the suit he wore to our wedding. WTF, he has lost weight so maybe that is to show me that. I had him served and I hear him tell the deputy ( who was really nice, had bought my same purse for his wife for xmas )that he was already served it by the Deputys for my county this weekend not the couty he lives in that I tried repeatedly to get this taken care of with.

His attorney is disordered, nuts, and lies and exaggerates. She has emailed mine and the court that she was siling her certification to rep him, she didn't and they were trying to file him pro see when they got there. We figure this out afterwards. He still hasn't said what he wanted and at one point when the attorneys were negotiating or maybe it was the court he agrees he wants a custody eval ( 1100 a person) but doesn't want a temp agreement in place.

His attorney started accusing my attorney of inappropriatly contacting him., He emailed my attornry a proposal and emailed her the crazy emails or ealier in the week wher he stated he would just pick BS up Friday and have him over night whetehr I said so or not. His attorney stated mine had said ex was a rageaholic and was threatening kidnapping. She also alluded that she read the police report and that there was eye gouging and chasing and kicking. No one chase anyone. I scratched hi check and he kicked me. He did the right to remain silent and made no statement so WTF.

He also tried to give me CS. not the right amount, is now claiming that he makes less than he stated and tried subtracting the comcast bill and an overdraft that wasn't that he didn't have to take care of from it. ( I had a bill pay issue that took money out of the account he bled down to .44 instead of my account. I took care of it and the bank as it was not clear on their site credited me the 60 and then charged me 30 to close the account. This was CS was for May but nothing for April. Idiot doesn't even know how much $$ he give BM.

Argh!!! Nothing really accomplished today, but glad it is over.

You are right, we DO care about you. We also worry that his craziness will get out of control. I do believe he picked an attorney that is just as crazy as he is. The divorce and custody issues will end up being as crazy as a three ring circus. I have experience with a totally looney ex and can usually tell when I see another looney ex, male or female. Honey, I think yours will out crazy mine. LOl

Take care, never let your guard down with him, document, document, document! You won't be allowed to use your records as evidence, but it will allow you to remember incidences correctly as well as having a list of witnesses, dates and such. I use a new journal for each year. They have saved my butt in court more then once. We were able to get a RO against my ex for the next year and a half. You bet I will still keep records as we have run into the ex twice in the last year at a store and a restaurant.

So, as of right now, does he still have supervised visits?
