So predictable
Mother's Day for us was destroyed loooong ago. I do my best to not acknowledge it. Even to get a card (like I did this year) was a countdown to "What do you really want?" And, I was right. Again. Not 24 hours had passed before it was announced that they're coming back to the house! Oh. Joy. I'm so out of practice. Now I have to hone my nagging, *mean*, and selfish skills to get them to do something around the house that they loathe to do because it might cause a hangnail and then get bashed for being "mean" when I refuse to fund their social engagements and "necessities". Back to normal! Hooray.

Nah, it was Husband that announced it. Now skid (under 21) is saying he's looking for apartment. HELZYEZ! I support (non financially - only enthusiastically) this dream of being a big responsible boy. Venture forth, young man! Venture forth! Sometimes you gotta sit back and observe before reacting. Yet I do see the bios becoming quite strapped to the life the child has become accustomed to. Not. My. Problem.
