How is it my husband got custody of his two boys through child protective services. And then less than a year his ex goes and files for full custody at a different court and we have been fighting her now for almost 3 years. She doesnt work (RIGHT) but can afford to get tatoo's and hire an attorney. She has nothing to do with her own family, mother, grandparents, siblings. They all support us having the two boys. Why do we have to feel like we are defending ourselves? The younger feels really close to me closer than with his mother. I have had him in my live since he was 18 mo. the older one now 11 is more concerned about money that his mom spends on him. Like is tuff and today is not feeling good. Court was today and I am very furstrated with the whole thing.
