Intergatories FL145 form

Has anyone dealt with this form. We received the form from my husbands ex. We were told to answer it with in 30 day. We did and then we sent her the same form. It has been 60 days and she has not responded yet. What do we do? We want her to comply just like he did. well

Custody Stepmom

My husband I have sole, legal, physical custody. We received the two boys 3 years ago from Child Protective Services. This Mother is still mental and unstable. The courts allow her to see them unmonitored. Tonight they came home and the 6 years old is acting out.
Talking back. It is really hard as a stepmom that has had these boys for 3 years. I just cant hardly take it when they come home and I know she has been talking crap. They act distant and different when they come back. They were only with her for 4 hours. What do I do to get through to them I am not the bad guy.

How is it my husband got custody of his two boys through child protective services. And then less than a year his ex goes and files for full custody at a different court and we have been fighting her now for almost 3 years. She doesnt work (RIGHT) but can afford to get tatoo's and hire an attorney. She has nothing to do with her own family, mother, grandparents, siblings. They all support us having the two boys. Why do we have to feel like we are defending ourselves? The younger feels really close to me closer than with his mother. I have had him in my live since he was 18 mo.
