I have been with My wife for 6 years , we have a 14 SS my wife is BM .(plus we have 2 adopted children 6 and 9) He has had several issues with the internet , downloading indecent pictures of girls fingering , plus sexting girls at school , the final straw was last year when he was arrested and charged with 2 counts of sexual assault on a 13 year old girl he was 12 at the time .
We went to court earlier this year and after 2 day hearing the judge dismissed the case as it was her word against his .But it has begun again , he has exposed him self on a school coach and now has a warning letter re sexual harrasment. every one seems to say what a lovely boy he is and he is easily led ,

I really have had enough of him his Bm and grandparents do not seem to see the calculating awful person he is , last week he stole money from his Mum for Cigarettes (we hate smoking) and went into his SS bedroom , which he is not allowed to do , we had a heated argument , in which he tried to head but be me Im 5.7 he is 5,11. I defended my self and he got a black eye .3 days later the school telephoned the police as he had told them that I punched him . I went to the Police station explained what had happened and no further actions taken .

I now feel so threatened that he can lie like this and may well do so again
