It's only Monday and I'm starting to fear the upcoming weekend. I don't know if the weekends are that bad, or if I just constantly overreact. Probably a little bit of both. Nevertheless....I see a couple of "late nights at work" in my future. Or the tried and true..."I have a headache and am going to bed early".

Surely that's better than my poor attidue to his son ruining their weekend together. Right? I know my husband knows me better, but ss9 doesn't. As far as he knows, his father doesn't work, his stepmother does and he has everything he needs. Sounds like a pretty sweet life to me.

Too bad my husband doesn't see things that way. He wants me involved. Me too, honestly. I just physically CANNOT do it.

This is best for everyone. I'm civil, but he is not my son.
