Okay so DH has sole custody. He has had sole custody for six years. BM got visitation almost 3 years ago. The CO are that the visitation is at her parents house and that each child sleep in their own bed. When BM got visitation she was 7 months pregnant and had just completed a rehab program. That is why she got her visitation. This last June BM goes back to rehab. At the beginning of August we find out she is out of rehab. On Friday we find out she has a boyfriend and that the kids have already met them when they went to visit her two weeks ago but she told them not to tell DH that she had a boyfriend. Today the kids get home and we find out that the boyfriend is living with her at her moms house. So now there was Her mom, her dad, her daughter, BM, Her bf, SS14 and SD11 all staying in a 3/1 with 3 beds. Of course she tells the kids not to tell dad and they did so reluctantly after the right questions were asked. My question is can we take her back to court for not following the CO. From what the kids said All the kids were in a Bed with Mom. that is a 3 year old girl, 11 year old girl, 14 year old boy and a 36 year old woman. And does DH have a legal right to be told if someone is staying over there? Thanks for the feedback.
