From the Philippines, at the age of 17 she married an American man 40 years older than her so that she could get her US Citizenship. She was married to him for 5 years. She kept this secret and acted as if she had never been married.

She married a man who she would have two kids with. She insisted that as she was an innocent, she wanted to me married on Emaculent Conception day(sp).

Her husband was concerned that she never spent time with the children, choosing instead to work long hours and entertain those who she felt could further her career. He was afraid to leave the children alone with her as she didn't cook, never changed diapers, left the kids in a bathtub full of water without supervision (aged 2 and under) etc...

Seven years into the marriage, the husband discovers that she had lied about a previous marriage and at this point, it was just one other thing on the list as she was extremely manipulative and dishonest.

Once the kids were 4 and 6, he filled for divorce. The mother decided to move across country to go to a program that would allow her to move back to her country and get a government job. She told him that he could have the kids if she could have the Law Firm that they had started together.

He had the girls for two years and they thrived. This is when she finished her program and came back to town and sued for custody of the kids. She accused the grandfather of sexual inappropriate behavior with the girls. It came out in court that before she accused the grandfather, she purposefully left the 2 girls alone in a hotel room with a registered sex offender. After she did this, she made her accusations and took the girls to the doctor to be "checked" for abuse.

Eventually, the grandfather was cleared of any wrong doing and the mother was made to pay 50,000.00 into the kids education account due to purposely misleading the court. In spite of what she had done, the Judge who found no fault with the father, gave the mother 50% of the time with the children.

Fast forward a few years and the husband is in his first serious relationship. The new girlfriend has a 16 year old son. The Mother accuses the 16 year old of sending inappropriate text to the 10 year old.... after hiring a forensic investigator at great cost, this was proven false and the Mother claimed that it was her language misunderstanding. (She has been in the US working as a professional for 20 years at this point.)

Another few years pass and the Mother starts applying to Boarding Schools for her 13 year old daughter. The Mother has no education rights and doesn't determine the residence. The Father takes her to court to ask that she stop making applications to boarding schools and that she be made to follow the court order. The Mother accuses the now 19 year old of inappropriate sexual behavior with her 13 year old daughter. CPS does an investigation and RULES OUT anything inappropriate. The 13 year old stated repeatedly on record that NOTHING inappropriate EVER happened and her brother would never do anything like that. The Court Judge (the same as before, a woman with something against men) chooses to give the mother full custody of the girls and grants only supervised visits to the father even though there is no proof of anything happening. The Reason? They live in the same home and something could have happened....even though the only person saying it did is a repeat false accuser. There has to be more to the story right? Wrong. This is happening every day in our courts. The Judges have so much power. They can ruin a child's life in a heartbeat and they don't hesitate to do so.
