Let it out, dear. This is a safe place to vent. What happened?

Even if you don't want to post it all on this site, write it out for yourself. All of it, even the things you don't want to hear yourself say. Get it out and burn it if you need to. And hang in there. You're not alone here.

I am so very sorry you are going through this. I know exactly how you feel though, I'm going through the same thing. My marriage is over and it hurts like all hell. I find it hard to breath sometimes but I know one day very soon I'll feel stronger and I'll be able to go on. Grieve the way you feel you need to and don't let anybody tell you differently, cry, and scream, do whatever you need to do to help you. I know it doesn't seem like to now but I've had some wonderful people here tell me the same thing. You will be ok it's just going to take time.
