I dont know how to take the SS10??

:? Sooooo yestrday (Vday) was also our BS7 bday & no matter what bday we celebrate my SS10 starves for attention & basically from my eyes is a lil jealous. So between yestrday & today he has told me he loved me. Um... :-/?? I dont know how to recieve it...part of me feels he wants something & the other part thinks,he might really be trying to "like" me...if u have read my other blogs, he is the hellian out of all our kids...him telling me he loves me, is not only uncomfortable because I dont think he TRULY means it but if he does, 97% of the time he does NOT show or act like it. Its confusing for me

He probably saw everything that BS7 got for her birthday and wants the same thing so he is making sure to stay on your goodside. He is still selfish but now he is changing tactics. But if he want's to stay on your good side then I would milk it for all it's worth hah!

Right!! And to be honest I think it will only last until his dad come home (7pm eastern time) ...when dad comes home im invisible again!! Lol

My son's birthday is Valentine's as well. Sucks!! It is always about him and as he gets older, he truly expects it.

I wouldn't worry about the extra attention, he probably sees how you treat Bio and wants the same. Hard to do for SM's. But we need to try and be fair at least with the kids.

SD's birthday is on V-day also. DH picked her up from her mother's for dinner and right before he dropped her back off she started having some dramatic meltdown about how she missed him and wanted to come live with us. We see them pretty much every weekend and are picking them up on Friday again. I am pretty sure she saw the flowers and chocolates he had in his car for me and turned on the waterworks. She is a bit of a drama queen.
