SO far we have passed the info Rickyticky so nicely informed me of on to our lawyer and he did his research and we got the papers that were submitted to the court today and it sounds good. Now just have to wait and see what the judge says. Looks pretty cut and dry though. I don't see how the court could argue the facts put right infront of them. Fingers crossed and Rickyticky I may owe you a HUGE THANK YOU!!! I know we all try to be anonymous on here but damn Id like to send you flowers! Thanks so much already! We wouldn't have known (nor would our lawyer) if it wasn't for you! Here's hoping it all pans out "Clink!"

A "sticky" thread is one that is placed permanently at the top of a forum / category.
The forums I've seen them on are a different format than this one so it might not support them. They can be handy but if there are too many, they can be cumbersome.

It was CS interstate. (I deleted some previous blogs after reading about BMs stalking on here...lol...Made me paranoid). Anyway original CS was in our state. BM moved and was trying to change order to her state and go after CS again (which she gets nothing in our state). Our lawyer didn't know about it but it was the UIFSA. He did research and obviously agreed cuz what he put into the court looks damn good to us. Also it looks like dates don't matter as long as nothing has been established in new state yet. Luckily we hadn't responded in any way yet so chance is still there. Plus if we are just talking about STATE she has lived in the state she just changed everything to, to the same state she has been in for the last 5 yrs or so. We haven't moved out of the same county for that period of time. She moved a couple hrs away but she is in the same state she was in before she moved which kinda makes her look more stupid through all this. ANyway, I don't want to act like I know what IM saying when it was Rickyticky's advice but let me say that chicky knows her shit and we are very grateful! Id ask her for specific advice so it will deff be correct. She helped us so much though. Cant thank her enough.

Hey I have only been on here for about 3 weeks now and those things would have been helpful too but Im not gonna lie. I have gotten amazing advice just by posting. The people I have talked to on here about things in just those 3 weeks have been really helpful in many ways. Already things are so much better for me and mine. THANKS ALL!!!!
