Finally got computer back and was able to read e-mails.....thank God...and RickyTicky ;)

So we finally got the emails today from the lawyer about the court session DH missed due to unforeseen traffic issues. Everything was dismissed. Stays in our state. Lawyer gave us a side note saying BM stated that she WOULD be going after CS in OUR state. Let him know when and if that happens. We also saw which we didn't know before that she filed an enforcement order on the financial affidavit and it was denied since nothing being heard in court required that...BM was Pissed!!...she just wanted out financial info which she did not get. So we wait for her new papers back in our state where she wont get shit...lol...ahhhh...finally we win some and we save tons of money....

what it is is that shes pissed cuz she filled hers out and sent it right out before I even got RIckyTickys advice. So we have her "financial info" and she doesn't have ours. Shes pissed...lol...just all the funnier...However she will have it soon enough since she plans to refile in our state...however DH and I aren't actually married yet....been together for a long time though and she only gets his info anyway...not mine. SO we pretty much know how it will play out...let her waste her money in filing fees }:)

Thank you very much. We are siked something played out in our favor for once. Lawyer said BM said she is deff going after it again in our state but so be it...she didn't get shit last time...she wont get much this time...and I owe most of it to the wonderful women of this site! Thank you all so much for the support, advice, shoulder to lean on, etc! You ladies are awesome!!!
