Well, I feel great about that everyday but I've been stressed about the upcoming court date to modify visitation and CS. However, last night I had to put together my calendar for the attorney to serve with backup proof documenting time spent with us. While it was a PITA, it was eye opening. I've always kept a calendar but never ran totals or anything like that.

The original CO states that skids are to only come over Sat morning to Sun evening. BM threw a fit in court to get that because DH works second shift and isn't home on Friday nights. Of course that changed shortly after so as not to impede on her weekend time as a single woman. Then there's the fact that the skids come over whenever they want. We've always allowed that. Since this case started though, she put a stop to that. Like it's not readily seen on a calendar. With texts and emails to back up 95% of pickup and drop off coordinations. BM swears they never come over outside of court ordered visitation. Dumb ass.

So in the last 16 months, skids SHOULD HAVE only stayed over 66 nights including summer weeks. However, the actual total is 155. Yeah, never extra my ass.

My FAVORITE find from last night is this though: I was going over her statement again last night - I can only do small doses because it pisses me off so bad. (DH's statement for court was 3 pages - hers is 40 and we just received the copy last Friday.) In her statement, she includes texts from me asking her to keep the skids on 2 separate weekends. That exhibit is stated as showing how accommodating she is and how DH is giving up his time with him. She's so freaking stupid that she included those 2 texts and they are both about weekends that ARE NOT OURS. Those texts are about HER WEEKENDS to begin with. I feel like she may as well stand up in court and say, 'Hi judge, my name is BM and I want to look like an idiot today.'

Anywho, I'm still not too overly excited. DH got screwed in court before so we'll see. But at least she is helping herself look stupid this time. She even contradicted herself in her statement showing she doesn't really care, she just wants money. Our attorney says that will help us. We've heard that before though.

Either way, I'll take my feel good moments about her idiocy any way I can get them.
