So for you that have been following me here is the low down:

BM was asking that DH and I get NO holidays (By law we get hoildays so judge over ruled)

BM was asking that we dont get any extra time in the summer (Judge over ruled its a law we get so many weeks in the summer)

BM was asking that DH and I have to pay 100% of medical bills cause SHE is providing insurance at no cost ( Her husband is in the military so they get free insurance, however isnt it the "custodial parents" obligations to CARRY insurance? Isnt that what cs is going for? ANyhow judge over ruled its the law BOTH parents pay 50%)

BM was asking that HER parents get 4 hours to see the kid while he is with us (Judge DID favor this but this is ALL he favored and so what I get 4 hours AWAY from this kid and alone time with my DH )

BM was asking for back pay child support (Ok heres the deal on this one... there was NEVER a Court Order for CS until the beginning of August so technically DH didnt HAVE to pay her anything until there was a COurt Order but he is a good dad so he has been paying her whatever he could afford... Well BM was asking for more money and judge said NOPE LOL)
All that this kid is to her is MONEY..... Its disguting and SAD.....

BM was asking that WE drive all the way to Kentucky (judge said NOPE she was the one that moved)

So you can see the judge was in OUR favor and we got everything we wanted BM on the other hand just got 4 hours for her parents LOL...

We left the court house and didnt even make it home and she was blowing our phones up asking when her parents can have "their 4 hours" well DH and I agreeded to only take SS Wednesday thru Sunday this month cause BM was here and it meant no travel for us so we agreeded... Mind you the kid and BM had been at HER PARENTS Saturday thru Wednesday night.... Well when we told our lawyer about this she was PISSED..... So all in all a GREAT day for DH and I...

P.S. We already have a couple of "contempts of court" on her and we JUST started So looks like SS will be in our custody (hopefully) next year!!!! Does anyone else have any better insight on how hard it is to get a child from their BM if the BM has a ton of contemtps??????????????
