Can we at least get rid of the CAPTCHA at the end of each blog entry... its painful to do each and everytime!!

Wouldn't it be possible to only allow members to post - then admin could check new members out - ie IP addresses so they could block those IPs. I know folks have offered to help out with member requests if needed. I know the admins here are busy with their own lives.
