I'm trying not to post and dash but

I have a meeting at 12:30 and this was my first time chance to post. My mom and dad came over last night to wait with me and my dad is 100% on dhs side on this. He said somethings that made me change my mind somewhat. I am not happy with dh but i can see where he is coming from. The tests are done so there is nothing i can do about it but move on. The money though is completely different. We talked with my parents when he got home with our kids and he isn't willing to put a budget on attorney's fees.

Dh wants to pick our kids up to spend time with just them tonight

Dh called me and said he wants to get the kids tonight and take them to dinner. I misunderstood what he said and I told him we could meet for dinner. He just wants our kids. Gee, I wonder why. I told him no and that I know he wants to do a dna test behind my back and that won't happen. I told him we could discuss this in therapy to help him deal with ss but that our children won't be put in the middle of this. He then gave me a heads up that he is refinancing the house (it's in his name only) and will be cashing out on our equity (20,000).

and I am going to stand by this. The more and more I thought about it the madder I got. So I told him, "I am not a whore and I know who our children belong to and that is you. I won't let you demean me and our relationship by testing our kids to see if I cheated on you."
Dh - Jesus H Christ! DO I have any kids?
Me - You have ours!
DH - Sure they are mine that's why you are freaking out about the DNA test. Wow! Your just like Bm, I can't believe you.

I guess because bm is a ho all woman are hos. I told him to go ahead and get the dna test done i don't give a damn. I do and I'm mad as hell that he would even consider me on the same level as bm. It's bad enough he has pretty much ignored me and our kids since he got the results. I understand he is depressed and sad. New daddy moved here last week and right now dh has ss eow but he is filing for his rights and dh has a decision to make. To fight well off new daddy in court and risk losing or let ss go and let new daddy adopt him. He is leaning towards fighting.

We knew the test would say that but dh took it pretty hard when the results came in. The other guy is the father and he called dh. He wants to have his own visitation of every other weekend and after a year move to 50/50 custody. He is going to pay bm child support. First though he has to get transferred or find a job here, sell his house, uproot his wife and her kid and set up life here. Apparently new daddy has low sperm mobility and after years of trying with wife they gave up so ss is the answered prayer for him. Dh asked what his wife thought and new daddy said she already loved ss.

Bm told ss that dh isn't his father!!

I'm so pissed off and have been since Friday night that I can't sleep and can barely eat. We picked ss up for visitation and in the car he says I know your not my dad and my real dad is James. I talked to him on skype and I look just like him. I get to see him next weekend and then I don't have to see you anymore. Dh was driving and he had tears running down his cheeks. I hate her so much I wish I could hurt her back.

Hi guys. I'm a long time reader but I've never posted before. I have the ss from hell. He is mean to my kids, he smells, has no manners and above all is just very un likeable and he is ugly. His nose is to small for his face and his yellow teeth stick out. He is just ugh! *shivers from disgust*. This demon just turned 10 and for his birthday my mother in law got him a map that scratched off the silver from countries and leaves color countries behind and one of those ancestry dna tests. She does this with everyone and loves to map people origins out. It's her thing.
