We just got a child support review requested in the case of BM vs DH.
Note: BM is NOT SD's legal guardian. GBM is. BM has no legal right to child support. That is why the case was thrown out to begin with!

I can't stop laughing! They seriously have BM's name as the plaintiff. We were expecting GBM's name. This changes everything!

Child support was stopped because BM was no longer SD's guardian. She still isn't SD's guardian. This is going to be so easy.

I know you may think this is off topic but it really isn't . Walgreens sells DNA tests for $30. Go to their website- they're there. Because if she's not DHs, the time to now out of her life is now when she's small and won't have many memories of dh, and you can get the crazies out of your life. As for stopping cs if she's not DHs, you need to talk to a legal pro about that.

It still has a $129 lab fee. We're working on it. We haven't had SD in 3 weeks. I'm trying to talk DH into using his upcoming paycheck to by it.

Yes it does. I'm looking forward to the "I'm so pissed they won't make him give me money because I went cray cray and lost guardianship of our kid" complaint lol
